Part of your responsibility after providing care is completing your DUTY SHEET. When completing the duty sheet, take NOTICE that if part of the care you see personal care duties that should be completed and these items were NOT completed, this must be communicated. You may communicate this on the app. If you are not sure how to do so, make sure to call the office and communicate why the client is not excepting personal care. If you are not aware of how to complete your duties, tasks, or what you are completing on each shift please call the agency for guidance. For all that are not completing this part of their job please NOTE that it will begin to affect their pay.
