Part of your responsibility after providing care is completing your DUTY SHEET. When completing the duty sheet, take NOTICE that if part of the care you see personal care duties that should be completed and these items were NOT completed, this must be communicated. You may communicate this on the app. If you are not sure how to do so, make sure to call the office and communicate why the client is not excepting personal care.
