Every Maximum Care, Inc. employee is fully trained on HIPAA laws, and are required to safeguard your protected health information (PHI).

Our human resources director is also our privacy officer, who is here to discuss any HIPAA concerns with employees. If any employee does not comply with HIPAA, they may be penalized with suspension or even termination.
