KN95, hand sanitizer, gloves are now available for pick up. If you need to request more specific personal protective gear, please call in and talk to Keri or Yenica (Jen). We will continue to do our best to keep you safe.


Take note:


Moving forward we no longer need you to submit timesheets. You must use the EVV moving forward. If you are having any problems please make sure to contact Keri Reese or Yenica “Jen” Muniz at the office. If any errors/problems arise and you are unable to get to the office staff for correction you are welcome to use timesheets. The following are the steps to take when using either the app or calling from the client’s home. ***You cannot use your personal device to call in and out from client’s, if using your own personal device, you must use the app.


Calling from client’s home:


To Clock In:

Step 1

Call the number 1-866-466-1282.

Step 2

Call in and Press 1 to clock in

Step 3

You will put in your assignment number that the office will provide you. Each employee will have their own number therefore please make sure to call for the number. It is a 6 digit number. Any work you do will not register until the number is provided, which will result on payroll not receiving your information therefore it will delay your paycheck.

To clock out:

Step 1

Call in and Press 2 to clock out

When using app:


When using the Mobile App follow the following steps:

Download: HHAeXchange App

Go to sign up (bottom left hand corner) and put in the email and the password of your choosing. The password must be 8 characters long, at least 1 Capital letter, and a number. It will then take you back to login in, use the email and password you just chose.

After logging in, you will click on the 3 dots on the top right-hand corner. Go to update profile. You will put in all your information the app is requesting. It is important that the information is entered correct to activate you. Once information is put in hit create. Once you hit create it will give you a 7-digit number, you will need to call the office with the number so that we can activate your account.

You will then log out and log back in and follow the steps below.

*** If EVV is not being used the following actions will take place: checks will not be direct deposited, suspension and up to termination. EVV is now mandatory to continue employment.


Maximum Care Inc will be doing spot checks!


The Monitoring form must be done every shift.

You can submit it to the office by either texting it to Jen at the 484-781-4603, email Yenica@lvvn.com, or by mailing it to the office.


Open Work: If you go under more on the home page then click on open work tab it will keep you posted on hours that are available at this time and the areas.

No Conference Call the last week of May due to Holiday!

We will reconvene the first week of Jun! The following dates are the conference call:


6/3, 6/5/2020 @ 2pm for all caregivers A thru L

6/17, 6/19/2020 @ 2pm for all caregivers M thru Z


***If unable to do the conference on your days please feel free to join one of the other days.
