VACCINATED??? MASK or NO MASK - POST 5/17/21

I am vaccinated. Do I need to MASK?

If you are vaccinated, make your client aware. Ask your client if they wish you to wear a mask while servicing them. If they decide that you need to wear a mask while providing care, make sure to honor their request. It should be on a case-by-case basis.

Please provide a copy of your vaccination card to the office to put in your file.
